How to Use This Step-by-Step Guide:

A) Oil Pulling:

a) Start your day by oil pulling for a natural detox. Take a tablespoon of coconut oil or sesame oil and swish it around in your mouth for about 10 minutes.
b) Spit out the oil into a trash can (not the sink to avoid clogging) once the time is up.
c) Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

B) Brushing:

a) Use a bamboo toothbrush and Dabur toothpaste to brush your teeth for at least 5 minutes.
b) Pay attention to brushing all surfaces of your teeth, including the fronts, backs, and chewing surfaces.

C) Breakfast:

a) Wait for a short while after breakfast before proceeding with the next step, allowing time for your saliva to neutralize acids produced by food.

D) Chewing Gum or Vicks Drops:

a) After a brief interval after-breakfast, chew Gud Gum chewing gum or consume Vicks drops for a refreshing boost.
b) Chew the gum or let the Vicks drop dissolve slowly in your mouth, enjoying the clean feeling it provides.
c) Make sure you take only 1 drop a day of chewing gum or vicks drops.

E) Additional Oil Pulling:

a) Perform another round of oil pulling after lunch and dinner following the same procedure as described in step 1 to maintain optimal oral health.

F) Saltwater Floss:

a) Before bedtime, incorporate saltwater flossing into your routine for added oral hygiene.
b) Mix a teaspoon of salt into a glass of warm water and use it to rinse between your teeth to remove any remaining food particles and bacteria.
c) Spit out the saltwater solution after flossing and avoid rinsing your mouth with plain water afterwards to allow the salt to continue its cleansing action.
